Standing just shy of 2100 sq. ft. this home is deceptively large. This end unit townhouse was the builders model. Needless to say, it comes with a few bells and a few whistles. For starters, unlike other 2 car garages in the subdivision, this pretty lady has a half bath on the main floor. That may not sound like much, but think about sending your guests up or downstairs every time you entertain. The upstairs features two master bedrooms, each with a 4 piece bath and walk in closets. Between the two you'll find the laundry and an office loft. Downstairs is finished with an oh so cozy family room, half bath, and a large cold storage. While it's hard to picture snow now, the driveway is heated for low maintenance snow removal. Awesome, right? Outside enjoy the larger townhouse yard and being footsteps away from miles of trails and the "heart" of SunCrest (pool, clubhouse, and park.)
What the Sellers Love
We were immediately drawn to this cozy well designed home. We love the large oversized bedrooms and closets and having the laundry room on the same floor. Not having to haul laundry up and down stairs was great! The built in desk was a nice touch and very helpful when it comes to the kids and homework. Bathrooms on all 3 floors brilliant!! Need I say more? The heated driveway was such a great addition. It was so nice going to work and when we got home the driveway was clear and we didn't have to worry about ice. We spent a lot of time hiking the trails that are within walking distance of the front door. And then there was the view....... Amazing sunsets, beautiful night lights of the Salt Lake Valley, and not to mention being able to sit and watch the fireworks across the whole valley on the 4th of July.
But one of the greatest things about this home is the community. There is always a fun family oriented activity planned. We love attending the Friday night movies in the park, spending time at the pool, or attending activities such as the Easter egg hunt, trunk or treating at the clubhouse, pancake breakfast, and meeting Santa. Having the Ridge within walking distance was great. We would walk up there for Starbucks coffee or just a treat. We will definitely miss this great community.
