March is well known for all sortsa' madness but we'll be having none of that here -this tidy townhome is all about eliminating it. Keep your pom poms in the car when you roll up and realize that this is a highly desirable end unit. That means a 2-car garage, extra windows on your non-shared wall for more natural light, and a little more legroom in the yard for little mister, misses, and your four-legged friend. See if you can keep from cheering. The inside will test your temperance when the starting lineup is announced: Granite counters, laminate floors, stainless appliances, fireplace, plantation shutters, half bath and a Trex deck to literally scream from the mountaintops, if you wish. Oh, that was just the main floor. Upstairs has two bedrooms, laundry (washer & dryer included), a master bedroom (3 total rooms) complete with a walk (or dance) in closet and a master bath that will make you want to do the wave. Downstairs is light and bright with a walkout basement. The room is set up for, well, whatever you want it to be; you pick. Bonus, there's another full bathroom downstairs.
What the Sellers Love
We really love how comfortable the home is in all seasons. In the summer, you catch the breeze coming out of the canyon and it is cooler than the valley below. In winter you experience the relief of reaching the clear blue skies after ascending out of the haze of the inversion below.
The immediate trail access is our very favorite thing. I wish we had logged our miles spent on the trails in our "backyard". We hike and mountain bike as the landscape changes from a sea of wildflowers and snow-capped mountains, to trails lined with sunflowers in late summer, to the vibrant colors of autumn. During winter, we strap on the snowshoes and head out to put the first tracks on the freshly fallen snow, and it doesn't get any more peaceful than snowshoeing at night under a full moon.
The home is easy to maintain, both inside and out, so we have had the time to really enjoy everything that makes living in SunCrest great.
