Remember that feeling growing up when you'd go to your grandparents' house? The anticipation of the drive there, the joy of pulling in the driveway, and how you knew you'd be spoiled the moment you walked in? It was pure magic. Well, even though this home is much more modern than grandma's, we had a moment of that same magic when we rolled up to this SunCrest home the first time. The road here is equally placid, just like grandma's. By the pin drop on the map, you already know this is a special space in the SunCrest community, which sits high above the valley at over 6,000 feet in elevation and sits amongst Gambel Oak with both mountain and valley views. When you get out of the car, that fresh air feels a little reminiscent of those days with the grandparents living the simple life. This custom-built home is definitely going to spoil you, as well. The views alone are incredibly indulgent, with an embarrassment of riches from Lone Peak, Box Elder, Mt. Timpanogos and the Traverse Mountain range. It's like your own personal slice of paradise, sitting pretty on .32 acres. Step inside, and you're hit with those same warm fuzzies you get at grandma's but without all the bad wood paneling and bowl of Werther's originals. Built in 2002, the home has already had updates. The refreshed kitchen flows into the family room, making it the perfect spot for hanging out and making memories or soaking up the views you moved up here for. The main floor finds an office, a guest bedroom and bathroom, the laundry, and the home's primary suite. Be sure to imagine yourself here-it was designed with intention to maximize the SunCrest lifestyle. The downstairs is wide open on the back of the house so you get double the views and double the outdoor lifestyle. A full kitchen and a walkout mean you can really pack in as much family as you can handle. Laughter and late-night chats are sure to be had. Three other bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a wide-open family room round out the home's lower level. Here's the deal, folks: it's not just about the house. It's about the vibe, the community, and the people. The clubhouse is a few blocks away and it's got it all-pool, fitness center, and HOA shindigs. What if you could have that cozy feeling of rolling up to grandma's house again? What if you could feel that every time you came home? |

This home offers those everyday moments that make you appreciate that you're actually living the life you've chosen. It's not all just about space and square footage, it's about living your life in a space that makes every moment magical. This gorgeous home backs onto the Traverse Ridge Conservation Easement so those spectacular never-ending mountain, valley, and lake views are protected, and aren't ever going anywhere. Whether you are on the oversize deck, in front of the picture windows in the airy great room, lying in bed on a Sunday morning in the luxurious master suite, or relaxing in the Hot Tub with quiet music coming through the outdoor sound system, those panoramic Timpanogos views make every moment feel like a special occasion. The two upstairs floors are filled with Lifestyle upgrades, but when you add to that a full-blown in-law suite in the 2,500SF walk-out basement that enjoys the same majestic views, that's a bonus worth celebrating. Two over-size bedrooms, a tiled bathroom, laundry room, and a full gourmet kitchen with dining, allows room for whomever has the luck to participate in your new way of living. Think: extended family visits, guest havens, or maybe even extra income! And let's not forget, you're in the heart of SunCrest, with its top-notch HOA and those legendary summer events. Community concerts, poolside splashes, movies in the park, and the Eagle Crest Trail right outside your door. It's those everyday "livingstyle" choices that end up creating your life's true style. But the cherry on top is that you get all this luxury with a practical side too. This home has all of the worry-free energy saving features you could hope for in a home. The $50,000 Solar Array covers almost all of the power bill which leaves you extra dollars for spending on all the other things on your wish list. In addition to everything above, both Furnace/AC units have recently been replaced with high-efficiency systems that offer even more savings. A tankless water heater is not only more efficient, but also makes it convenient when you have a full house because you'll never run out of hot water for your family or guests. Lights out? No worries! This house has been fully wired for the use of a generator so you'll never go without power. Also, to add to your worry-free lifestyle, almost all of the appliances have been recently replaced with higher efficiency units so no need for costly repairs or replacements in the coming years. More dollars you can spend elsewhere! Truly a home that makes your dreams come true!

Sometimes, finding the perfect home feels like a balancing act. You list your wild daydreams on one side, your realistic needs on the other, and hope for some sweet spot in the middle. It's a battle between nice-to-have and need-to-have; the tug of war between head and heart. Well, we think it's time to hop off that highwire and find balance on both sides of the equation. This SunCrest 2-story strikes that harmonious chord between the pragmatic and the fantastic. Originally a favorite among the builder's floor plans, the practical layout offers effortless living. A brand-new kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, and gleaming hardwood floors set a sophisticated scene that flows seamlessly into the family and living areas. Picture the ease of everyday routines with this open design. Kids doing homework at the kitchen island while you prep dinner, sunlight streaming through those windows as you sip coffee on the deck-these are ethereal moments that make a house a home. And just wait until you step out on that Trex deck – you've got front row seats to views of Lone Peak, Box Elder, and Mt. Timpanogos. Five bedrooms and 3.5 baths mean you have space to grow and flex. You could also turn up the dreaming to 11 and transform a spare bedroom into a bright home office, a dedicated craft space, or a welcoming guest retreat. Four bedrooms upstairs, including the primary suite, keep the essentials close at hand. Below, the fully finished basement is a masterclass in basement design; it's a wide-open space for games or movie nights, and a wet bar that can handle anything from popping corn kernels to craft cocktails. The head loves the extra space and function, the heart can't help but dream of all the memories to be made inside the walls. The home's fifth bedroom and third bathroom round out the basement layout. There are plenty of updates that will make both your head and your heart happy here-new carpet, a heated garage, a new roof, custom fireplace, and a newer water heater. The fully landscaped and fenced backyard provides both privacy and a place to unwind. Situated on one of SunCrest's most coveted streets, yet still walkable to the community center and those stunning mountain trails, this home is equal parts needs and wants, all in one.

Ever watched Napoleon Dynamite? You know, the tale of a quirky dude who, once you get to know him, steals the spotlight? Well, that's pretty much how we see this house. It's not your run-of-the-mill two-story you're tired of stumbling upon. Nope, this place is flippin' sweet! Step inside, and it's like stepping into your wildest dreams. Picture open-concept, loft-style living with sky-high ceilings-enough space to practice your nunchuck skills or build a sweet bike ramp. There's even a cozy fireplace and family room, perfect for debating the virtues of ligers, or hosting boondoggle parties. The kitchen has been remodeled and is sporting new countertops and chic cabinets-great for unleashing your inner Deb, whipping up some tots, or storing a lifetime supply of quesadillas or durable Tupperware. Head upstairs, and you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including a spacious and updated primary suite), plus a sweet bonus room. Optimal for working from home, tackling school assignments, building a sweet fort, or chatting with babes online. Yessss! Venture downstairs, and voila! It's fully finished, with another bedroom, another full bathroom, and a family room spacious enough for your entire crew to kick back and relax after a day of perfecting dance moves, building a time machine, or hanging with your happy hands club. As for the backyard? Fully fenced, fully landscaped-ideal for your llama Tina, tetherball tournaments, or honing your pigskin-throwing skills. That's what I'm talking about! This home exudes undeniable charm. And while it might not be in Preston, Idaho, we reckon SunCrest offers a far superior setup. Think miles of trails, unbeatable views, crisp mountain air, and a community brimming with the best people around. So, grab your moon boots, dust off that Vote for Pedro t-shirt, and come see why this home is more than just a place to live-it's a testament to the power of being unapologetically yourself. Heck yes!

What would it be like to live in SunCrest? Words fall short, but it's a full sensory experience: your lungs constantly fill with fresh air, your eyes take in towering peaks and twinkling valley lights, your feet touch and traverse miles of trails. Your senses seem heightened, dinner with friends on the patio tastes a little better, at night you seem to sleep a little deeper. If this seems a little lofty, then you've never been to Eagle Crest Drive, which is the pinnacle of the SunCrest Lifestyle. Perched atop a ridgeline, it's a street we hold in high regard. If you've ever explored the Eagle Crest Trailhead or SunCrest Park (both conveniently located nearby), chances are this house has caught your eye. Now is the time to answer that question about what it would be like to live in this home, as it's only hit the market once before and was swiftly snapped up by the current owners. Since then, they've cherished every minute of life here, and it's easy to see why. This home offers the best of SunCrest living-windows at every turn, wide-open spaces for entertaining, and easy access to the fresh SunCrest air. The main level caters to daily convenience, with a southeast-facing kitchen, perfect for enjoying breakfasts bathed in the glow of a Mt. Timpanogos sunrise. The family room and dining room flow seamlessly together, just as they should. Our favorite spot? The large, covered Trex deck. Where else can you find views like these? Upstairs boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including the primary bedroom with the home's best views. A standout feature of this home is its basement in a configuration that's a rarity in SunCrest. Offering close to 2400 square feet of finished living space, this full walkout basement, originally a model home, presents unparalleled versatility. Two bedrooms, another full bathroom, a spacious theater room, yet another gathering space (game room?) and flex space await, accommodating various lifestyle needs, from personal projects to potential income-generating endeavors. Outside, the professionally landscaped yard epitomizes SunCrest tranquility. It's flat, fenced, and full of mature trees, and serves up never-ending views that will soon fill your camera roll. Whether you are relaxing to the peaceful sound of your private waterfall or staring at the stars from the built-in gas firepit, from top to bottom, inside and out, this home presents a rare opportunity that doesn't come around often.

Can't. Stop. Scrolling. We get it-this is one of those homes that makes you cycle through the photo carousel at least a dozen times. Inspiration and motivation are likely to follow, because these sellers are superb SunCrest citizens and have taken a really good home and made it great. However, our kicking and screaming protests haven't kept them from moving on to their next adventure, and our neighborhood's loss is definitely your gain. Start at the street where curb appeal is worth driving home to. The approach is simple, inspiring, and screams a loud, "Welcome home!" We're not sure where to start on the inside because there's just so much to say. Every detail has been dialed to complement the home's true main level living. Nearly every fixture, faucet, flooring, and finished space has been upgraded, and turned up to 11. Pay close attention to the details you won't find in other home's currently on the market, like stylish finish work, bold and beautiful colors, and IG worthy inspo posts in every room. The home's 5 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and convenient laundry room are just as stylish and spacious; these professional and polished looks are exactly what keep you swiping through those pics. Downstairs is open, bright, and a great place to spend nights or weekends with those you care about most. We love the pergola out back, because it ties in perfectly with full landscaping, fencing, and a low maintenance yard. With so much style packed into a timeless floor plan, what are you waiting for? Stop scrolling and see it in real life.

Homes evolve. They change. They have to. If it weren't for change, we'd still see carpeted bathrooms, beaded curtains, or popcorn ceilings. Here in SunCrest, we occasionally see some homes that haven't changed since the day they were built and while the early 2000s were cool (Britney fan, anyone?), we're glad the fine folks selling this particular place have ditched nearly every dated design style from that decade. The original bones didn't need much changing-we're always fans of wide open entry rooms. Things like 10' ceilings, an abundance of windows, and sprawling floor plans never go out of style. But can we be honest? The original kitchen had to go. It was carefully removed, and thoughtfully updated to include quartz countertops, white oak cabinets, and new stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom underwent the home's most recent change and has fresh carpet, a sleek modern fireplace, and newer paint. And the bathroom? Double vanity with new countertops, tile floor, walk-in tile shower, and a freestanding tub.Two other bedrooms, another full bathroom, and the laundry room round out the main floor living. Downstairs the family room is complete with a wet bar and rocks a 7.1 surround sound. From Easter Egg hunts, to Super Bowls, or any movie or game nights, the evolution of this basement would amaze Charles Darwin himself. This floor also hosts 2 additional bedrooms, a workout room and hobby/craft room, a full bathroom, and the home's second laundry room. Outside, the landscaping is as dialed in as they come. Bright flowers, green grass, and those unbeatable SunCrest skies! The backyard is quiet, serene, and secluded. It should be; the .26-acre lot offers plenty of fenced space for kids or 4 legged wanderers. If you're the adventurous kind, you're well within walking distance to the community clubhouse and pool, the 6-acre SunCrest park, and miles of trails staring at the eagle crest trailhead.

If we had to choose just one word to describe this house, there's no question we would pick elevate. For starters, it's actually elevated above all the houses below. Sitting in SunCrest at over 6,000 feet in elevation, you get to live above the inversion and see it from above, rather than taste it all winter long. Driving to and from work (or driving Zoom meetings from your home office) both come with views that only SunCrest can offer. And to top it off, you have hundreds of miles of outdoor mountain recreation outside your front door-hiking, biking, snowshoeing-this neighborhood is elevated about it all. The SunCrest clubhouse is just a stone's throw away, promising community events, fitness facilities, and memories waiting to be made. Whether it's a summer BBQ or a winter soirée, you're always at the heart of the action. And the home itself? It's an elevated experience. The finishing touches were just put on a healthy makeover which means no elevated heart rate from having to sweat through the weekends on a remodel; the fresh paint and handyman fixups are all done for you. The spec sheet will tell you it's over 3,700 square feet, 7 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms sitting on one-fifth of an acre, but it's much more than simple square footage and data points. The main floor flows freely from one room to the next and takes advantage of all that elevation with windows out to the infinite sky above. The checklist of items that don't make the spec sheet is long and impressive: wide open spaces, open floor plan, freshly painted kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, and plenty of natural light. The living here is truly elevated, with a full 5 bedrooms on that upper level. We don't see that often but it's the perfect layout for efficient living, and you don't sacrifice size for that bedroom placement; all of them are spacious and light. The primary bedroom is tucked quietly away at the back of the house and the bathroom has the elevated touches you'd expect. Downstairs is probably our favorite, though, with a full mother-in-law set up featuring a separate entrance. It's a straightforward layout that is simple, smart, and requires no work; this level has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open kitchen and family room. Elevate your lifestyle, elevate your surroundings, and elevate your happiness.

You know that feeling when you finally take off your sunglasses? How much more clear, colorful, and true-to-life everything seems? That's kinda what it's like to tour this SunCrest 2-story. For starters, the curb appeal is all about color and contrast-the bright white snow against the deep blue (above-the-inversion) skies. Here you can breath in the crisp, fresh, SunCrest air. Inside, a spacious and airy two-story living room welcomes you right away and leads you to the bright kitchen, ample dining area, and oh-so-cozy family room. There's a reason open concept never goes out of style. Upstairs, the primary bathroom was just remodeled (but like, just barely) and boasts a subway tile shower, sleek euro glass, new lighting and vanity; all updates that will have you rubbing your eyes to ask if it's too good to be true. The primary suite offers stunning mountain views, while the three additional bedrooms (that's 4 bedrooms on the same level, for those counting) have a fresh, inviting feel. This unfinished basement is a blank canvas and ready for your creative vision. Whether you see a cozy home theater, a game room, or another family room, the only limit is your imagination. Out back finds a private patio and a yard big enough for snowball fights, snow angels, and snowmen. Spoiler: in the summertime this backyard is magazine worthy! The roof was just replaced a matter of weeks ago and let's be real, when you move in you'd rather spend roof money on more creative touches, so we're glad it's already been taken care of. We thought we knew what fresh paint looked like before, but here again is that sunglasses-off phenomenon-the new paint and carpet somehow seem even newer and fresher than we even imagined, and really do give the entire home a feeling of being brand new all over again. It's one thing to look at photos, but come see how vibrant this home is in person. Come in, take off your glasses, and see just how vivid and clear your life could be here.
