A flag in their yard.
A thank you that lasts all year.

Every major holiday, SunCrest residents Will and Sam put American flags in yards around SunCrest. We're back again covering the cost for 10 neighbors who've served or are currently serving.

How this started

Last year we teamed up with Will,  a SunCrest entrepreneur who built a flag installation business from scratch, to cover the cost of flags for veterans in our neighborhood. No catch. Just a small way to say thank you to people who've given a lot.

It went over better than we ever expected. So we're back.

Meet Will and Sam

Will and Sam are two SunCrest entrepreneurs who run a flag subscription business right here in the neighborhood. Every major holiday — Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, Patriot Day, and Veterans Day — they show up, plant a flag in your yard, and take it down when it's done. You don't lift a finger.

We noticed what they were building. We wanted to be part of it.

Here's what you can look forward to:

How it works

  1. Nominate someone. Fill out the form below, it takes about 30 seconds. You can nominate yourself or a neighbor who's served.
  2. We select 10 homes at random. We'll reach out to let you know if your nomination was selected.
  3. Will and Sam handle everything. A flag goes up before every major holiday and comes down when it's done. All year long.
