1994 E. Eagle Crest Drive | Straight Up Starstruck

Sometimes we play it cool when we find a house we love; we don’t ever want to be accused of hype. But this time, we’re having a hard time holding still.

Our love for SunCrest ramblers is well-documented (sky high vaults, convenient main level living, sprawling open spaces… swoon!) and this is one of the best examples we’ve seen in a long time. On top of that, add signature SunCrest views? Well, we’re straight-up starstruck.

Set one toe inside, and you will be too. Our bet is that you make a beeline to the back of the house to gaze out the windows, or just go right out onto the covered walkout deck. That outdoor space provides year-round entertainment with the cityscape (or foggy blanket-remember SunCrest sits above Utah’s inversion) as your backdrop. After your lungs and soul are full of fresh air, come back in.

The home, complete with Control 4 home automation, is equal parts expansive as it is grand and transitions flawlessly room to room.

The master bedroom is as exquisite as it looks and the adjoining walkout means you’ve got those same views at your bedside, day or night.

The kitchen comes complete with every last amenity: oversized island, prep sink, pot filler, Sub-Zero fridge, and a Viking range and stove.

Downstairs should really be referred to as Rambler Two, thanks to its double door walkout and full sized windows. Those same views from upstairs follow you down here, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a space to entertain that is really unrivaled.

We’re told this Wolf grill is one of only a handful of its kind in the state. Combine that with the deep fryer, beverage cooler, and a traditional height bar and you’re primed for your next party. Order up!

Maybe grab your snacks and head to the theater room to take in a flick on the 12-foot screen, with stadium seating. No worries, you can work off the relaxation guilt in the custom fitness room.

Top to bottom, you’d be hard-pressed to find a finer example of a SunCrest rambler done right. It’s not hype if it’s fact, right?

SunCrest Open House Event | Jan. 6th 12-2PM

Join us Saturday January 6th from Noon to 2PM for a SunCrest Open House Event.

P.S. Bring your favorite neighbor or call your bestie. These properties are next door to each other. Who doesn’t love the idea of a modern day Tim Taylor and Wilson?

14788 S. Shadow Grove Court | MLS# 1491578 | Windermere

$650,000 | 5 bed | 3.5 bath | .27 acre

The main floor was designed to host parties, dinner dates, or days of your own pajama-clad noshing. The large chefs kitchen is complete with double ovens, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and an island that can handle any feast with ease. Who doesn’t love a little more space to stretch out? The sellers love the master retreat and it’s hard to disagree. It’s a lavish space with coffered ceilings and a master bathroom dressed to the 9’s. Downstairs is sensible, spacious, and consistent to the home’s design elements. Outside, the landscaping has extra flair for killer curb appeal that blends perfectly with the serene SunCrest backdrop.

14802 S. Shadow Grove Court | MLS# 1492444 | Windermere

$550,000 | 4 bed | 2.5 bath | .28 acre

Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, neighborhood traffic is nearly nonexistent. Street hockey, roller blades, or a classic game of H-O-R-S-E, this lot was picked with intention. Inside, the kitchen layout sprawls into the vaulted family room, ample dining area, and our favorite, the humongous outdoor entertaining space. The master bedroom and bathroom were crafted as a place for relaxation, and are spacious enough to handle any bedroom set you have the budget or heft to haul in. Two other bedrooms, a full bathroom, office, and laundry room balance out the home’s true main level living. With one finished bedroom and much of the tedious basement construction completed, the downstairs is a blank canvas for your vision – wet bar, theater room, workout area, or family room; you pick.

1768 E. Auburn Ridge Lane | Before & After

We love a challenge. When 1768 E. Auburn Ridge Lane hit the market we knew that despite the incredible bones, it would be a tough sell with dated decor. Sure enough, after a brief trial period we were elated to help the sellers take a different approach.

After looking at comparable homes for sale, crunching some numbers, and discovering that with a little TLC we could not only update a beautiful home but help the homeowner make extra money on their sale, we decided together to go forward with a facelift project. While keeping the sellers informed and in charge of all the final decisions, we were on the ground managing the remodel process from beginning to end. They were able to focus on other things in their life while we handled the arrangement. You see, that’s really what we’re all about — we’re not just people you hire to push the paperwork around, plant a sign in the yard, and post a few pics to the online listing service and calling it good. Nope. Not our gig. We’re in it with you, and if there’s an opportunity to make a bold move, we’ll let you know about it.

The result? After a few weeks of work, the home was back on the market and quickly under contract. We helped curate a house that we think is a sweet spot to call home for holidays. We’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

The kitchen, not to be left behind, received trendy white cabinets and a beautiful thick slab of granite for countertops.

Downstairs is the perfect spot to post up for cartoons, movies, or sports game.

Outside, the yard was completely retouched, receiving fresh sod, foliage, and landscaping. With oversized family room windows overlooking the property, you’ll appreciate the new ‘scape.

Now that we’ve ditched all the clues of that old shade of blue, we feel like this SunCrest rambler is a once in a blue moon opportunity.

14788 S. Shadow Grove Court | Extra Flair

$669,500 | 4,414 sq. ft. | 5 beds | 3.5 baths

No parent ever admits to having a favorite child, but let’s face it: they totally do. The same can be said of homes.

This house at 14788 S. Shadow Grove Court hails from one of SunCrest’s most celebrated builders, and it received “favorite child” treatment from them, even above and beyond what other homes with the same floorplan received when they were built.

A bigger family room means more accessibility, and more enjoyment.

The main floor was designed to host parties, dinner dates, or days of your own pajama-clad noshing. The large chefs kitchen is complete with double ovens, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and an island that can handle any holiday feast with ease.

Sure, the home was a little spoiled when it was built, but now you can reap the rewards.

2156 E. Feather Hill Court | A Rare Rambler

$429,000 | 3,528 sq. ft. | 6 beds | 3 baths

Ramblers in SunCrest don’t show up too often. If we told you this one even has a view of Mt. Timpanogos, Utah County, and Utah Lake and on top of all that is located in a cul-de-sac, you’d probably think you had just seen a unicorn.

Well, saddle up and hold on tight because this is no myth.

Countless hours were recently put in to balance cozy and comfortable, with move-in ready. The main floor sports durable manufactured hardwoods that are up to the challenge of kids and pets.

The kitchen (new stainless appliances!) opens up to the family room and leads you right to our favorite spot: the triple pane sliding glass door and accompanying Trex deck. Hello, views!

The master was designed with intent to serve up daily sunrises in bed. It’s okay, we won’t tell if you hit snooze a few times to catch it.

The basement vibe was ditched in favor of a “lower level”. We’re talking nine-foot ceilings, a full kitchen, laundry room, and large family room that has a universal design for you to make it whatever want it to be. Man cave, kid cave, bat cave – take your pick!

This home is equal parts convenience, comfortable, flexibility, and fine finish; a mythical creature indeed!

2046 E. Eagle Crest Drive | Ah, Eagle Crest

$575,000 | 3,918 sq. ft. | 5 beds | 3.5 baths

Ah, Eagle Crest Drive. We love this street. Homes are planted right on the ridge line where you can’t help but to get stuck staring at the valley. Seriously, the views don’t get much better than this.

And this home? Well, we love it for a number of reasons. Not only does it “check the boxes” of what a solid and functional house should offer, but it just feels right, too.

The yard is flat, finished, and ready for family memories. We’re fond of that deck; it’s perfect for entertaining and it’s covered so you can soak up the views all year long.

Inside, we commonly hear that this floor plan is “smart”, “comfortable”, and “perfect for our family.” The open kitchen and family room balance each other perfectly, while the accompanying living/dining room can be tailored to your liking.

Both upstairs (spoiler: fireplace in the master) and downstairs (complete with a walkout basement) are just as brilliant as the main floor.

Airy rooms, open living spaces, and windows placed precisely where you want them, keeping the signature Eagle Crest Drive views in plain sight at almost all times.

15051 S. Winged Bluff Lane | 24/7 Scenery

$435,000 | 3,023 sq. ft. | 6 beds | 3.75 baths

Yes, this is one of those “mountain views out the back door” SunCrest homes. You know the ones we’re talkin’ ’bout: sunrises, sunsets, and 24/7 scenery.

Plain and simple, it doesn’t get better than this for those that covet the SunCrest lifestyle. The backyard faces east which means your evenings on the deck (which can easily support a hot tub) aren’t spent baking in the summer sun, but soaking up those fiery views that never get old.

It’s not all about the outside here, the inside packs quite the punch. Oversized windows decorate the back of the home so that view is never lost within the walls.

The kitchen was recently freshened up with new cabinets and counters, and is likely the biggest on the block. A no-brainer for those who love to entertain.

The master retreat and adjacent bedroom/office deliver the most elevated views of the house. Go ahead, enjoy the moment.

Let’s be honest, with five beds, four baths, a three-car garage, and two laundry rooms, this fully finished home is one you won’t want to miss.

1846 E. Clover Leaf Lane | Jump Right In

$389,000 | 2,932 sq. ft. | 4 beds | 3.5 baths

We’ll spare the tired “Welcome Home Blah Blah” real estate jargon, and jump straight to the meat and potatoes: Five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully finished, and fully fenced.

But what really makes this house special is that it won’t leave you hungry for more. For starters, the gigantic entry is the perfect spot for welcoming friends, family, or new neighbors into your home. It’s lined with windows for light, yet dressed nicely with those “Oooh, I’ve always wanted shutters” windows coverings.

The kitchen (new granite tops, btw) and family room flow seamlessly and pair pefectly together (think: peanut butter and jelly, wine and cheese… you get it.)

Three bedrooms, including the master, are upstairs with a universal room for whatever you want to put on your plate. We like an office or kids play area, but hey, po-TAY-to / po-TAH-to, it’s up to your home design appetite.

When you’re ready to let kids, pets, or unruly partners burn some calories, send them out to the flat, fully fenced yard or across the quiet street to the neighborhood park.

Yeah, this home really is all that and a bag of chips.

2022 E. Oak Summit Drive | Intentionally Designed

$599,900 | 4,158 sq. ft. | 7 beds | 3.5 baths

Intentional. Being intentional. That’s what was on the homeowners’ mind when they built this home.

From the precise placement of the home on the lot, to a layout that would provide maximum usage of space while still creating easy breezy living; this home was crafted with intentional detail.

The lot, for example, is intentionally placed to take in the picture perfect views that SunCrest is known for. Enjoy a cup of joe as you watch sunrises over Mt. Timpanogas or roast a ‘mallow as you enjoy the evening shade on nearly a third of an acre – fully landscaped.

That intentional outdoor space is probably our favorite. Start that grill or save us a spot on the covered deck; relaxing with neighbors never gets old.

Inside, the intent was for main floor living and less up-and-down time. The outcome? More time spent in the large great room that has windows spanning all around.

The master retreat was created with the intent to feature views of both Lone Peak and Mt. Timpanogas.

Downstairs was intentionally designed for multiple uses: tweens, teens, babies, or booomers-no matter the age, the family room, full kitchen and four bedrooms can be enjoyed by anyone or whatever purpose you intend.

1451 E. Meadow Bluff Lane | Right on time

$699,000 | 5,056 sq. ft. | 4 beds | 3.5 baths

“If only I could find the time…” How often do we say that? Lean in close, because we have a secret: we found it. After years of searching, it turns out more time was hiding in this stunning Deer Ridge custom home.

A massive covered deck means more time to take in the sunset or host a BBQ. Time for you with the main level living.

Gorgeous hardwood floors and spacious windows everywhere flood the space with natural light for a bright, timeless feeling.

The gourmet kitchen makes everything a breeze and gives you time to try that recipe, using the stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and convection oven.

Three fireplaces give you options and time to read a book on a cool evening.

Time outside, you say? Forget yardwork. Mature trees, natural gambel oak, and perennials around the landscape will free up your weekend time for summer fun. We’re thinking time to sit by the fire pit and create new memories!

Not only does this home feature some of the most breathtaking panoramic views of Lone Peak, the Oquirrhs or the city lights of Salt Lake, but it also gives you the kind of time you’d like to really soak them up.

Our advice: take time to see this home before it’s gone.
